Privacy policy

For eskaaustralia.com.au · Last updated 1 September 2026

This policy covers this website only. It explains what we collect through the enquiry form, what we do with it, and who else handles it.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us through the enquiry form on this site. That is your name and email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, the brigade, service or organisation you work for, and whatever you write in the message.

We do not have accounts, a newsletter, or any other way of collecting personal information on this website.

How we use it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to follow it up. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Who else handles it

We do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own purposes. A small number of service providers handle it on our behalf so the site can function:

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its spam protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information to serve pages and to tell a person apart from an automated bot.
  • Postmark delivers enquiry emails to us. The contents of your enquiry pass through Postmark in order to reach our inbox.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on our enquiry form, may set a short-lived token in your browser in order to confirm the form was submitted by a person. It is used for that check and nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, or for as long as the law requires — whichever is longer.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change takes effect when we publish the revised version on this page, and the date above will tell you when that last happened.
